Absolutely loved my experience at New Braunfels Dental Arts. It was positive and pleasant from the moment I walked into their office. The ladies at the front were extremely professional and friendly when greeting me. I also can't say enough wonderful things about the sweet dental hygienist and Dr as well. Going to the Dentist is one of my least favorite experiences! After my first visit for a cleaning and exam, I must admit that this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences in a dental office! I had such a great experience at New Braunfels Dental Arts! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with any questions I had during the check-in process. My hygienist was wonderful as well. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My cleaning went great, and I also had some concerns and questions about my wisdom teeth. They were already on top of everything and quickly helped me with a referral for the next steps. The entire experience felt easy, comfortable, and genuinely patient-focused.
