I kinda randomly selected NB Dental Arts since I moved here from FL and was overdue for a general checkup and cleaning. I hit the jackpot finding NB Dental Arts! Highly professional, skilled, friendly staff and nice clean, organized office! The hygienist who attended to me, Makelea, was outstanding! She explained what she was going to do and why, then followed through telling me what she was seeing in my mouth during the X-rays, exam and cleaning. So friendly and made me feel comfortable being there. She briefed the dentist on what she had done and what she had seen, then the dentist did her checking. It was a pleasure to have found such an outstanding dental practice! I have already sung their praises to others … I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a provider or to anyone not super pleased with their current dental service provider! I know most people aren’t fans of going to the dentist, but my experience at New Braunfels Dental Arts was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was comfortable, and Dr.Smith and Vanessa made the entire visit quick, easy, and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my visit! I’ve been coming to NBDA for about two years.  Initially it was only to put back on a crown made by another place after it had fallen out. I suffer with severe anxiety of dental work and extremely fearful of needles and numbing medication.  NBDA staff were very professional, supportive, and took great care to explain everything to me as they were working on the tooth for the crown.  Because of this experience I’ve continued to come back for regular dental cleaning and they helped me get a new crown.  Their dental hygienists are awesome!!  The dentist is very kind, gentle and friendly, listening to my concerns and answering my questions.  Afterwards the front desk staff treated me like I was a dear friend or family, answering my questions about financial options with a warm smile and sharing about their family members. Everyone at NB Dental Arts is very kind-spoken, genuine and graced with patience. I am terrified of Dental work (all of it).. and they always take the time to explain how things are done, including what to expect before- during- after procedures.
